What a great weekend we just had in Wichita Kansas at the Tallgrass Film Festival. The festival's motto is "Stubbornly Independent" and the spirit and passion for independent film at Tallgrass was special. I don't think we have every met so many people who took their vacations just to see as many films as they possibly could and volunteer for the festival. Pretty inspiring! Whats more we are honored to take home Golden Strands Outstanding Cinematography Award! What an honor...thank you so much Tallgrass! Here is Sebastian Humphreys on stage with the other festival winners. &

We are all a little bit in shock today! There were a lot of really good doc's screening at the Middlebury New Filmmaker's Festival and we are really humbled to be taking home Best Doc. Best part is we get to keep this guy. Say hello to "The VTeddy". We love it! Thank you Middlebury, what a great festival and a beautiful town.
It is always interesting to see where the film is going to land next. This time it is Lunenburg, Nova Scotia! A beautiful pictruesque harbor town on the east coast of Nova Scotia that also has a serious love of documentary film. We are excited to take part in this documentary only festival (our kind of festival!) and looking forward to attending! Thank you Lunenburg. See you soon.
